Article Snippet: In brief, slides were baked in a HybEz hybridisation system (ACD Bio) or a hybridiser HB-1D oven (Akribis Scientific Limited) at 60 °C for 30 min. FFPE-sections were deparaffinised in xylene and 100 % ethanol.
